You mean all the songs are one long track? Then simply split it apart with Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Well it is simple if you know how.
Here's a step by step how to.
Open the file in the program.
Audacity opens files as a copy. The original remains intact.
Now click, hold and drag to the left on the file from the end of the first track to to the start and release.
This will highlight the first track.
Go to the edit menu and click cut.
Next go to the file menu and click new.
When the new instance of the program opens go to the edit menu again and click paste.
The section you cut from the original track will be inserted as a standalone track.
If there are bits of silence at the ends they can be deleted using click, hold, drag and cut.
Export from the file menu and name in a format of your choice.
For more than 10 tracks I number and name them like this to keep them in the same order - 01 Track name, 02 Track name etc.
Now close that instance to reveal the original and follow the above steps for the second track and so on.
When you close the new window a pop up will ask if you want to save.
Click no. It is asking if you want to save in the program's own multi-track format which you do not need for this operation.
There is no one click does all approach with this or any other audio editing application.
Just to be sure I had the sequence right I tried it before writing this.http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
If you don't already have it the Lame.enc codec is needed for encoding to mp3 format.
Just put the file in the main folder of the program. You will need to restart if the program is already open.http://lame.sourceforge.net/
