I’ll never forget that day as long as I live! Every time I see any footage of that I cry all over again! I know he will forever live on in my heart!
I don’t think Elvis was in the midst of anything. He was still charting hits, already had the #1 rated comeback special, sold out Vegas engagements, Madison Square Garden, The Astrodome engagments, and the 73 Aloha. His last concerts on CBS were sold out where he still performed. There was no midst of anything. There was no absence in the years after his 68 special. He was in demand.
elvis was in the midst of resurrecting his career that fell in the 60s and 70s with comeback concerts just like michael was trying to resurrect his career that fell in the last few years with comeback concerts. both cut short – eerie.
yeah – i also just found out mj was staying at the same home in los angeles that elvis stayed in (and marilyn monroe). its freaky.
Yes, there are a of lot similarities between the two artsts – makes everything about their passings very questionable. Were they fated to live and die in that manner and why?
has anyone noticed that there are just about the same amout of cars in this pricession as mj’s? wierd!
