3:26 always makes me laugh, then John was like, ‘I was doing nothing!’
This song makes me tear up every time. RIP George and John (L)
Great work by the remaining 3 of that time…
Very very nice song… to be included in the collection of list of Beatles Great songs….!!!!
you can hear the original version in the dakota bootleg
Beatles ich liebe euch über alles!!!!
The main vocal is most definitely John. His rough demo of the song can be heard on the “Imagine” film soundtrack. I don’t remember his vocal sounding this clean in that demo though so it was probably cleaned up a bit. The other 3 fab did such a great job beefing up an already-stellar ballad!
not gonna lie, that kinda sorta made me tear up just a little.
The voice is from george
Long live John
i wish john and george were alive
ok, this is a question for anyone who knows:
What exactly did they do here? Did they use a demo of John singing, treat it and wrap vocals around it? It sounds like John, but then it also sounds like a vocal that’s “treated” to sound like John… I know any demo they would use would have had to have had considerable treatment done to it… I’ve been wondering this for a long time.
You are absolutely right, Dewy. The Beatles are forever.
paul can do anything. he can play both righty and lefty.
its amazing what the beatles were able to achieve. 8 years is not a big time line. but they made that 8 years into an era that can never be recreated. how many of today’s bands/ artists were able to achieve atleast 5% of what beatles had ? beatles will remain as a phenonenon as long as there’s music.
So, they wanted to tell us he’s not the real Paul, but his replacement.
so?
przepiekne..
At 2:25 short video clip of Paul playing guitar with right hand.
ahh! this music video is like the story of The Beatles told in 3 minutes 47 seconds. Timeless..
Amazing song and a beautiful video.
So true! my fav was George too……..
Whoever it is they are all loved the same
They’re still in their 60’s.
I am a huge Beatles fan. Although I saw Paul McCartney live in Memphis in 1993, George was my favorite. I hope Paul and Ringo are still around for a long time. Because it’s difficult to think of what life would be like without them. And John and George, we still miss you!
They are In their late 60’s really. i know it’s not nice to say who will be the last beatle standing, but i think it’ll be Paul.
