He wasn’t trying to show Michael up. No one was trying to show Michael up at his memorial. Everyone knows that. No one can EVER replace Michael Jackson. Usher was merely trying his best to make it through this song for Michael. It’s hard to sing when you’re looking at the casket of your inspiration.

the part when he started to cry i was like wow, what a right moment he found to cry! i mean like does the emotions came up exactly at that part where MJ was crying too? or was that going by plan?

I’ve been very down for so long over the passing away of Michael Jackson. I’ve drawn in many a deep sigh. I just want to celebrate the life of Michael Joseph Joseph Jackson. This was a man who’s love was very real, very sincere, and knew no boundaries. Before he was Michael Jackson, he was a human being. Rest in peace brother.
